Plans and directs all operational activities for the project. Ms. Witt administers the financial operations of the project, develops and oversees preparation of necessary reports for the UMKC School of Nursing and Health Studies and the Office of Family Planning and implements programs/operations consistent with the UMKC School of Nursing and Health Studies’ policies.
Works with the Project Director and NCTCFP coordination panel to oversee the NCTCFP work plan and training calendar. Ms. Colbert oversees grant budget and financial reporting with Project Director and manage all consultant contracts.
Manages the continuing education (CE) process, including tracking and processing all CE offerings. Mrs. Bolen ensures all requirements for providing CEs in nursing, medicine, and health education are met.
Oversees large data sets concerning training outcomes and disseminates research findings in presentations, reports, journal publications and grants. In addition, Ms. Carlson coordinates the Title X LARC Training Initiative, PrEP resources,
substance use disorder webinars, needs assessments, and evaluation processes for all trainings and research
Works with the Project Director, Associate Project Director and Evaluation Manager to manage grant projects, such as development and maintenance of the QFP Mobile App, webinars, VCBs, planning and implementation of the National Reproductive Health Conference, assists the Operations and Relationship Coordinator and the Continuing Education Coordinator with complex product and
event development and implementation.
Implements and monitors new and existing projects & manages content. Additionally, Ms. VanVlack coordinates the interdisciplinary product development team, and assists in curriculum & training development, marketing, & community outreach.
Works with the Project Director and oversees the coordination and implementation of the National Reproductive Health Conference as well as other special projects.
Manages marketing and communications for NRHC and other select trainings.
Creates graphic design & layout for print and electronic materials.
