CONFERENCE MEALS

Due to federal guidance regarding allowable expenditures at conferences, meals cannot be provided as part of this conference. You will have the option to pre-pay for breakfast and lunch each day of the conference during registration. Below you can find information about breakfast and lunch options provided for conference attendees.

lunch meal items

Sat, August 2 Lunch: $13.00

Pre-ordered lunch for Saturday, August 2 will include your choice of one: chicken sandwich or grilled chicken salad over greens.

A vegetarian option is available and will include oven roasted zucchini, yellow squash, portobella mushroom and red pimentos wrapped in a spinach tortilla with roasted red pepper hummus.

continental breakfast

Mon, Tues and Wed Continental Breakfast: $9.00

The continental breakfast buffet will include:

  • fresh chilled orange and grapefruit juice,
  • fruit salad,
  • assorted muffins,
  • premade omelets,
  • turkey sausage or turkey bacon and
  • individual yogurts with granola, assorted cereals, and oatmeal.

Monday, August 4 lunch buffet will include:

  • grilled chicken with Chef’s choice of vegetable and starch,
  • vegetable lasagna,
  • tossed green salad with house dressing,
  • fresh fruit salad and iced tea and water.

  • chicken picatta with Chef’s choice of vegetable and starch,
  • penne pasta with pesto, marinara and Alfredo sauces,
